Qualification/Eligibility:

• Excellent communication skills with the willingness to travel to rural villages

• Candidate owning 2 wheeler and Driving License for both 2 & 4 wheeler preferred

• Should be well acquainted with smartphone usage for regular data entry

Nature of Work

• On-field jobs in Sales, operations & operations support

• Mainly interacting with Farmers and agri-related stakeholders like Input shops, agri dept, industry reps, etc.

• Working hours as per the requirement of customers. Six days working

• Travel to different geographies based on seasonal requirements

Compensation & Benefits:

• Candidates will be taken at the entry-level role with Rs.12,000 pm

• Performance-based incentives will be given upto Rs.4000 pm

• Additional fuel expenses on production of bills will be provided on actuals basis

• Accommodation will be provided by the company for the candidate at the posted location

• Mobile SIM card will be provided as per job requirements

• Frequent increments will be provided for the exceptional candidates based on performance over 6-

12 months

• Candidates will be enrolled under NATS and payroll

processed directly by TAFE

• Should serve a min period of 18 months. Any

training cost is to be paid 200% in case of prior exit
