• Tech Idea Contest is Open to only to Engineering Students

• B.E/B.Tech Students from any Course and Year of study can Participate 

• Students as Team of max 4 members can participate. ( Minimum of 1 Female member must be part of the team)

• While registering you need to Upload your idea in the  PPT format and upon selection you will to added to the WhatsApp Group

• Final presentation will be of Power point Presentation with max of 15 slides.( 7mins presentation and 3 mins Q&A)

• All team members should be from same college; no inter-college teams are allowed. However, members from different branches of the same college/ institute are insisted to form a team

• Presentation must be submitted on the Themes Mentioned Below

• Registration fee - Rs 200

• Payment Mode : GOOGLE PAY | PHONEPE | PAYTM | UPI ID | CREDIT/DEBIT CARD | INTERNET BANKING

• Prototype of Idea Representation is Not Mandatory (If prototype available , It adds advantage to your presentation)

• Mode - Online

• Presentation to be delivered online to Jury Panel Members

• Each team would max of 4 members including the team leader

• Idea Presentation Registration Commence on : 23 - March - 2022

• Registration closes on : 15 - April - 2022

 IDEA SELECTION CRITERIA

• Post Idea submission process, the ideas will be evaluated by experts. Evaluation criteria will include; novelty of the idea, complexity, clarity and details in the prescribed format, feasibility, practicability, sustainability, scale of impact, user experience and potential for future work progression

 SHORTLISTED IDEAS ANNOUNCEMENT :

• Notification about selected teams will be sent to the respective Team Leader's email IDs

 

 REWARDS :

• Cash Prize : 5000 INR

• All Students / Participants will Receive a Participation Certificate

• Faculty Mentor will receive Mentoring Certificate if Student takes Support for Tech Idea and presentation & Best Mentor Award if the team wins.
